How far can the Air Max really go on a charge?
Up to 121 miles on the dual-battery system (921.6 Wh total) under ideal, pedal-assist conditions. Real-world range depends on rider weight, terrain, wind, tire pressure, temperature and how much throttle you use — but the two hidden batteries are what make genuinely long rides possible.
Why does it come with two chargers?
Because it has two batteries. With both chargers you can top up both batteries at the same time and cut your charging time in half — or charge two bikes side by side. Two chargers are standard on every Mihogo USA order.
How light is it, actually?
The bare Toray T800 carbon-fiber frame weighs about 7.7 lbs. The complete bike, with both batteries installed, is around 62 lbs — impressively light for a dual-battery e-bike, and a big part of why it rides so easily.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. At checkout you can choose Shop Pay monthly installments — own the Air Max from about $117/mo, with the exact plan shown at checkout. No need to pay it all up front.
How fast is it, and who can ride it?
Top assisted speed is 28 mph. The Air Max fits riders roughly 5'1" to 6'5" (155–195 cm) and supports a maximum load of 275 lbs.
Does it arrive assembled?
The Air Max ships mostly assembled and requires only light final assembly (front wheel, handlebar, pedals, seat) with the included tools. Most riders are on the road in under 30 minutes. If anything's unclear, email us.

What's the warranty?
