Every Mihogo Air Max purchased through Mihogo USA is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty, valid for 12 months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects in core components, under normal use:
- Frame
- Motor
- Battery
- Controller
- LCD display
- Charger
If a covered part fails due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What's not covered
- Consumable / wear items: tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, cables, grips, lights
- Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper assembly, or water exposure
- Unauthorized modifications or non-original replacement parts
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function
- Bikes purchased from unauthorized sellers, or used for commercial / rental purposes
How to file a claim
Email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our U.S.-based team will diagnose the problem and, if approved, arrange a replacement part.
Good to know: This warranty applies to the original owner only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required. A separate 14-day return & refund guarantee is also available.
