Not the right ride? You have 14 days — here are the details.

We want you to love your Air Max. If it isn't the right fit, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return conditions

Sale items and free-shipping products may be non-refundable. If a return arrives not meeting these conditions, a restocking, repackaging or cleaning fee may be deducted at our discretion.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. You can either pay us up to $300 for a return label, or arrange your own carrier. Damaged or incorrect items are different — see below.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your Air Max arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we've got you: we'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement. Just email us with photos.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number to request approval before shipping anything back. Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–10 business days.

Cancellations: If you cancel after payment, a small processing fee charged by the payment provider may be deducted (approximately 3% for credit card, 3.5% for PayPal).
